Move In Information

Once your application has been approved, a physical showing of our properties may be scheduled. Upon deciding to lease a property, you will need to schedule a lease appointment. During that appointment, at our office, you will need to supply the security deposit (and pet deposit if applicable) and the first month’s rent. Once received, access to the unit will be granted. You should then plan to take your executed lease to the local utility company to claim responsibility for all utilities.

Move Out Information

The Tenant will be responsible for those last 30 days of rent. The rent will continue until keys are turned in. The unit should be thoroughly cleaned, carpets professionally steam cleaned (if applicable), and the yard should be mowed and manicured. Tenants security/pet deposit will be refunded withing 30 days of surrendering the keys.

Can I request a property showing?

A physical showing of our leased property is allowed only after your completed application has been approved. This application can be found below. It can be downloaded, printed and brought by our office or you can fill it out right here online.

Does someone mow the lawn?

Yard maintenance may be provided. See your lease. All lawns are to be mowed on a regular basis. Grass and weeds should never be allowed to get taller than six inches. Any shrubs and beds must be kept trimmed & weeded. All drives, sidewalks, fences, and patios must be edged or trimmed on a regular basis.

Can I have my internet service provider install a dish?

No items may be attached to the roof without written permission from the landlord. No permission will be granted for any kind of cable, dish or antennae equipment. These items must be installed on poles and may not be attached to the roof.

Do you allow pets?

Whether or not you are allowed to have pets is specified in your lease. Before acquiring a pet, approval must be granted and provided for in either a new lease or a lease addendum.

What should I do if I find a leaky pipe?

Leaks, drips, and soft or wet spots must be reported immediately. Not only is this possibly costing you increased utility dollars, it could be creating costly unseen damage to your residence. Failure to report these issues may result in tenant being held responsible for repair costs to the resulting damage.

Should I change things out like furnace filters and smoke detector batteries?

Furnace filters and batteries in smoke/carbon monoxide detectors should be changed out a minimum of every three months. If you need help locating yours, please call the office for assistance.
