Originally from Wyatt, Missouri, Brandon Sparks graduated from Three Rivers College, Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Business Administration. He has called Sikeston home for years and loves the area because of the people who are dedicated to making it a great place to live, work and play.
Brandon enjoys his job because of the variety and flexibility. Every day provides a different challenge, different people and different transactions, so it’s never boring. He finds it rewarding to help people find the right property for their needs, and his clients love his commitment to meeting their needs.
Brandon supports a number of local initiatives, including the Sikeston Jaycees, SEMO Food Bank, the Kenny Rogers center and his church. When he’s not working he enjoys date nights with his wife, traveling, riding side-by-sides, sports, shooting, and being the best dad he can be to his two boys. Brandon and his wife Brooke have two boys, Cash and Tucker Sparks.

Lauren DeWitt
Realtor
Lauren grew up in Charleston, Missouri, and after attending Missouri State University settled in Sikeston. She loves working in real estate because it challenges her every single day and finds it fulfilling to help people find their dream homes. She also loves the flexibility that comes with real estate because it allows her to balance a rewarding career with a fulfilling family life.
Lauren is motivated by her family. Her husband, Blake, encourages her to be the best version of herself. Being a mother is the light of her life. The DeWitts have two children, Rex and Reese, and Lauren works hard every day to set an example for them. Part of setting that example is supporting the Kenny Rogers Center in Sikeston. Lauren has been involved with the Center for years, and is inspired by their mission of providing free therapy services to children with special needs. She believes it makes a great impact on the Sikeston community, and it is near and dear to her heart.
When she’s not working, Lauren can be found on the go – going places with her children, camping, taking trips to the lake or just enjoying a simple dinner out. She believes in putting her heart into everything she does, and it shows in the exceptional service she provides clients.

Randy York
Partner
A native of Sikeston, Randy is deeply rooted in the community. And he loves Sikeston: the size of the town and the people that live and work here. He also loves his job because he works with a fun, hard-working group at SMG. Randy is motivated by progress and success, both of which he finds fulfilled through the company.
Randy’s outlook can be expressed through his favorite quote: “To whosoever much is given, much is expected.” Randy actively supports many community organizations, including the Kenny Roger’s Children’s Center, the Sikeston Area Chapter of Salvation Army and the SEMO Food Bank.
When he’s not working, you can find Randy spending time with his lovely wife of 52 years, Charlotte, and his daughters and their families. He adores his grandchildren and great grandchildren. He and Charlotte also enjoy traveling and spending time with their friends.


Toni Davis
Administrative Assistant
Originally from Essex, Missouri, Toni is a relationship driven resident of Sikeston. She is passionate about her community and loves her job working with Brandon, Randy, and Lauren.
Like SMG’s culture, Toni is very family focused and has been married for more than 35 years with two grown children. She is also proud to claim a son-in-law and four wonderful grandchildren.
She enjoys reading, the outdoors and chooses to live by the quote “Life is too short to be unhappy”. Her optimism is reflected in the time she donates to the Southeast Missouri Food Bank. She feels strongly about the importance of helping others when they are in need.

Brandon Sparks serves on the Sikeston City Council. As a member of the council, he helps lead the city on a variety of civic matters. From economic development and transportation to utilities and recreation, the City Council helps drive the engine that makes Sikeston a great place to live, work and play.

Randy serves on the Sikeston Area Chapter of Salvation Army Board and is a vital part of their holiday kettle campaign. He is also supports the Kenny Roger’s Children’s and the SEMO Food Bank.
