Success – both professional and personal – is the ultimate motivator. Originally from Wyatt, Missouri, Brandon Sparks graduated from Three Rivers College, Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Business Administration. He has called Sikeston/Benton area home for years and loves the area because of the people who are dedicated to making it a great place to live, work and play.

Brandon enjoys his job because of the variety and flexibility. Every day provides a different challenge, different people and different transactions, so it’s never boring. He finds it rewarding to help people find the right property for their needs, and his clients love his commitment to meeting their needs.

Brandon supports a number of local initiatives, including the Sikeston Jaycees, SEMO Food Bank, the Kenny Rogers center and his church. He is a former member of the Sikeston City Council and served as Mayor Pro-Tempore. In December of 2021 Brandon took office as one of the local directors for the Bootheel Regional Board of Realtors. When he’s not working he enjoys date nights with his wife, traveling, riding side-by-sides, sports, shooting, and being the best dad he can be to his two boys. Brandon and his wife Brooke have two boys, Cash and Tucker Sparks.

Administrative Assistant

Originally from Essex, Missouri, Toni is a relationship driven resident of Sikeston. She is passionate about her community and loves her job working with Brandon, Randy, and Lauren.

Like SMG’s culture, Toni is very family focused and has been married for more than 35 years with two grown children. She is also proud to claim a son-in-law and four wonderful grandchildren.

She enjoys reading, the outdoors and chooses to live by the quote “Life is too short to be unhappy”. Her optimism is reflected in the time she donates to the Southeast Missouri Food Bank. She feels strongly about the importance of helping others when they are in need.

Randy York

Partner/Property Manager

A native of Sikeston, Randy is deeply rooted in the community. And he loves Sikeston: the size of the town and the people that live and work here. He also loves his job because he works with a fun, hard-working group at SMG. Randy is motivated by progress and success, both of which he finds fulfilled through the company.

Randy’s outlook can be expressed through his favorite quote: “To whosoever much is given, much is expected.” Randy actively supports many community organizations, including the Kenny Roger’s Children’s Center, the Sikeston Area Chapter of Salvation Army and the SEMO Food Bank.

When he’s not working, you can find Randy spending time with his lovely wife of 52 years, Charlotte, and his daughters and their families. He adores his grandchildren and great grandchildren. He and Charlotte also enjoy traveling and spending time with their friends.

Stephanie Anderson

Realtor

Stephanie is a native of Southeast Mo and graduated from Southeast MO State University. Married the love of her life, Mark Anderson, and moved to Sikeston in 1996. Mark and Stephanie have three sons that bring them the most joy- Justin (Samantha, Murray & McCallen) of Paducah, KY, Steven (Jocelyn & Thomas) of Phoenix, AZ and Clayson who is currently attending Mississippi State University.

Stephanie loves being a Mother, Local Business Owner and a Realtor! Her professional career began with Aventis Pharmaceuticals and she and Mark currently own and operate Confluent Technology Group in Sikeston. She loves people and she has a strong presence in our community equipping her with the contacts and knowledge to connect people with their dreams! She serves on the Board of Directors at the Sikeston Depot Museum, supports The Little Theater, SEMO Food Bank as well as other local organizations that benefit our community.

Stephanie has a selfless and serving attitude that makes it easy for her to connect with people. Her intention is to treat everyone the way she wants to be treated and become friends with everyone she works with. She has a quiet confidence that is sure to serve her well in negotiating for her clients but never she never makes clients feel pressured into buying or selling real estate.

When not working, Stephanie can usually be found at their family ranch! She loves cooking for friends and family, taking care of the animals, being with her family, visiting friends, traveling, going to the lake, the beach, working in her garden and studying the scriptures!

Rylan Martin

Realtor/Property Manager

Rylan grew up in Jackson, Missouri and graduated from Jackson Senior High School in May of 2022. Rylan will be attending Southeast Missouri State University and plans to major in business. His parents, John and Keely Martin, who both work for Jackson R2 Schools, taught him hard work and how no dream is too big with the right mindset.

 

Rylan is a co-owner of Wessell Martin Lawns which began in the spring of 2020. From having less than ten properties in 2020, Rylan and the company were able to expand it into caring for over sixty properties in 2022. He has learned many business qualities and skills that he plans to use in Real Estate; including how to market, communicate, and also get the job done right.

 

When Rylan is not working or at school, you can find him playing basketball or pickleball with friends, spending time with his family, or watching the St. Louis Cardinals or whatever big sports game is on. Ryan loves the Cape Girardeau/Jackson area and is thankful to call it home. With trust, respect, and enthusiasm Rylan wants to help every client accomplish their needs.

Hudson Kuykendall

Realtor/Property Manager

Hudson Kuykendall is a native of Sikeston, MO.

He graduated from Sikeston High School in 2021, after graduating high school Hudson joined the Army National Guard in July 2021. Hudson completed his basic training and advanced individual training at Fort Benning, GA. in December 2021. His unit is based out of the Sikeston Armory.

Hudson joined SMG in August of 2022. He will be attending Southeast Missouri State in the fall of 2022 pursuing a business degree.

Hudson has proven to face challenges with confidence and the will to succeed. He is an effective leader and mentor to his peers.

Hudson views working in real estate as challenging, fulfilling and rewarding. He will use his hard work ethic and integrity to succeed in the real estate business.

Hudson is looking forward to becoming involved in civic groups and other areas of the community and forming enduring relationships with his co-workers and clients.

Hudson’s hobbies include exercising with his twin brother, Jackson, at the local YMCA. He enjoys hiking, fishing, hunting, and time with his family.

Hudson is proud to call Sikeston home and he is looking forward to becoming a leader in the Sikeston community.

Community stewardship is a value our company holds dear. Sikeston, Missouri is our home, and we take part in activities and initiatives that keep the community strong. After all, we want others to see our town in the same way we do: that it's a great place to live, work and raise a family. Here are just a few ways we are involved in our local community.

Randy serves on the Sikeston Area Chapter of Salvation Army Board and is a vital part of their holiday kettle campaign. He is also supports the Kenny Roger’s Children’s and the SEMO Food Bank.

Brandon Sparks served on the Sikeston City Council. As a member of the council, he helped lead the city on a variety of civic matters. From economic development and transportation to utilities and recreation, the City Council helps drive the engine that makes Sikeston a great place to live, work and play.

The Kenny Rogers Children's Center is also dear to our hearts, and is an organization we support every year. The KRCC seeks to improve the lives of children with special needs and their families through a variety of developmental and therapeutic services. They have never charged a fee for services, truly making them vital to the well-being of children and their families in our community.
